In Issaquah, we love our Stroller Strides classes year-round, rain or shine! Moms can enjoy a fantastic full-body workout that includes cardio, muscle toning, core, and stretching—all while bringing the kiddos along for the ride. We use resistance tubing, our body weight, and our beautiful surroundings. No previous fitness experience is needed! We meet at the pavilion if it’s raining and outside at the park when it’s not. Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their
babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body
toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment.

Body Ignite is a one-stop body shock. Targeting each and every muscle with specially designed sequences and a weighted bar will leave you stronger and more energized. Stroller Barre incorporates yoga, ballet, Pilates, and barre methods while using your stroller
handle as a point of focus and balance. Stroller Barre classes are going to be similar in style to what you would find at a local Barre studio.
