Bellevue Downtown Park

A 20-acre park in the heart of Bellevue includes a one-half mile walking/running trail, a 240-foot wide waterfall that cascades into a reflecting pond, a ten-acre lawn and a delightful play area.

Stroller Strides classes at Downtown Bellevue Park are held during the spring/summer months. Moms will get an excellent full body workout including cardio, muscle toning, core and stretching and kiddos get to go along for the ride. We use resistance tubing, our body weight and our environment! No previous fitness experience needed!

We meet near the upper parking lot that is located towards the top of the play ground (see pic below).



If they weather is nice, stay and play with us after class at the playground!

Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment.

Our new FIT4BABY program is a 6-week journey designed for all prenatal clients. FIT4BABY is a workout program designed specifically for moms-to-be. It includes cardio, strength training, balance, flexibility and core exercises to accommodate all trimesters of pregnancy. This 6-week program includes community-based workouts, weekly challenges, a private group and a weekly journal to document your fitness journey. FIT4BABY will build your endurance, strengthen your body and prepare you for pregnancy, birth and beyond.
