Monthly membership fee will be charged to your credit card automatically every month on the day your started your membership.
Auto pay will continue until you notify us to cancel your membership.
A cancellation fee of $95 will be charged to your account if you cancel within the first 30 days of your membership.
To
cancel your membership, you must give a 30-day notice to Jasmine over email (bellevue@fit4mom.com) or choose to
pay the $95 cancellation fee (paying the cancellation fee waves the 30-day notice requirement).
A membership can be placed on "hold" for up to three consecutive
months due to family
emergencies and the birth of a baby. If the hold passes the three
months, the
registration fee is due again to reactivate your membership. A hold on
your membership must be done in writing 30 days prior to desired hold
date.
