FIT4BABY 1X WEEK PASS $149 • 6 visits • This pass gives you access to one class per week during our 6-week FIT4BABY Summer Session! You may choose which day you'd like to attend. Classes will be Tuesday and Thursday evening at 6 PM.
10 Class Pass $170 • 10 visits • This pass is a great option if the membership or fixed schedule isn't right for you. Class passes NEVER EXPIRE!

FIT4BABY Class Registration Fee $50 • 1 visit per Week for 1 week • This pays for your initial $50 FIT4BABY Class Registration fee

FIT4BABY is a program designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy. These classes exclusively focus on pregnant moms! (Other FIT4MOM classes may include dads, nannies and other child caregivers.) Regular activity such as FIT4BABY classes can help to reduce many maternal aches and pains, increase energy during pregnancy and may speed the labor, delivery and recovery process. According to the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), exercise is just as important during pregnancy as any other time of life.

We train and certify our FIT4BABY instructors so they are fully equipped to lead pregnant woman in exercises that are safe and appropriate for her changing body. FIT4BABY classes are interval based, combining elements of strength training, cardiovascular exercises and stretching and balancing exercises.

Pregnancy is the perfect time to commit to you and your baby's health. Exercise is an important component to your pregnant well being, as well as your strength as a new mom. We encourage each member of any FIT4MOM program to seek a physician's approval before starting any exercise program.
